There is no cost to join Docferral for 1 doctor for 1 location. If you would like to add calendars for more than one location, there is a monthly charge of $40/month for each additional location. If you would like to add additional doctors, there is a monthly charge of $40/month for each additional doctor. NO! Docferral is FREE and therefore does not pay for any army of marketers to visit your office with colorful brochures and spreadsheets. We've made our professional registration simple and our pricing structure clear - FREE. Just register and allow 1-2 business days for us to verify your account information. We do ask that you enter your credit card information to help with the verification process. That's it.
NO. Docferral frowns upon this practice. Practices with more than one Professional must register under one primary account and add Professionals and/or Locations to the primary account. There is no obligation to add Professionals or Locations. However, the open appointment slots or referrals must accurately reflect the information on the account - you cannot book open appointment slots or send referrals for another Professional who is NOT on the account. Docferral reserves the right to immediately and permanently cancel ALL accounts that violate our policy for practices with more than one Professional.
Docferral is Free for one professional and one location. We do charge an additional $40/month for each additional professional or location. Your credit card information allows us to charge for any additional, voluntary services that you may decide to purchase. Credit card registrations also helps us to verify your Docferral registration. Your account can only become and stay active if there's a valid credit card on file. Docferral uses Stripe as our merchant services provider, and we do NOT store your credit card number.
Docferral employs the latest internet security protocols to help safeguard your credit card information. Even more important, Docferral does NOT store your credit card number.
Docferral uses Stripe for our credit card services. When you enter your credit card information on Docferral, it's completely encrypted throughout the process, from entry to transmission and storage on Stripe. Stripe then passes back to Docferral a random set of characters called a "token" that's associated with your account. If your account needs to be charged on Docferral, we tell Stripe to charge your "token" and have ZERO access to your credit card number. Your token is only valid for your individual Docferral account and can't be used on Amazon, United Airlines, or even on another Docferral account.
The privacy and security of healthcare information is very important to you and us. Docferral uses the lastest in internet security and encryption on this site. We also do NOT store files on this site. Instead, files are encrypted and stored on a separate site to further safeguard healthcare data.
